The firm is managed by Mr. Arvind R. Anand, Mrs. Bharati Anand and supported by qualified and experienced team to handle the firms day to day activities and operations with qualified, civil engineers for site supervision, security team, accountants, administrative and business promotion staff, with the total strength of 20 people.

Outstanding features like selection of strategic sites, keeping in view the common mans requirements, in proximity to community centers, schools, colleges and hospitals has been a criteria of each project whether completed or ongoing.

We have completed 6 residential cum commercial projects and 4 phases of row houses
project in New Panvel area and also have on-going Vighnaharta Enclave-B row house project
at New Panvel.
